Silk Software House

Silk Software House was engaged by Publicis Media Poland, the world's third-largest communications group, to develop a website that evolved into an internal communication and knowledge sharing platform. The project began in June 2014 and is ongoing, with Silk Software House handling all aspects of the project, from UX workshops and programming to maintenance and support. The client praised Silk Software House for their understanding of their vision and needs, their open-mindedness, and their interest in the project. The platform now includes a gamification system and a function for developing knowledge within the organization.

GarageStore sp. z o.o., an online marketplace for motorcycle vehicles, parts, and accessories, hired Silk Software House to create their site from scratch, including a complex database structure. Silk Software House was chosen after a bidding process involving 12 IT companies. The project involved the use of various technologies including Debian GNU/Linux 8, Postgresql 9.5, SOLR 6.5.1, JAVA 8, Spring, VUE2, HTML5, and Maven 3. The team comprised of web developers, a graphic designer, a server specialist, and a senior java developer. Silk Software House was lauded for their detailed project analysis and valuable advice.
