SilesiaWorks partnered with Santander Bank Polska to support their Agile Transformation Initiative. The bank sought to transition from a traditional waterfall approach to an agile method of managing business and change. SilesiaWorks provided agile coaching for teams of 10, teaching them agile concepts, processes, and tools such as daily stand-ups and sprint planning. They also helped solve technical software problems that the bank encountered during the transformation. The engagement lasted from April to September 2018, and the bank plans to work with them again in the future. The bank was satisfied with SilesiaWorks' performance, confirming they were the right people to work with.

Bottega IT Minds, a software consulting company, engaged SilesiaWorks for outsourced agile training. The company needed additional consulting in the agile environment for a new client, which was outside their range of expertise. SilesiaWorks assisted with consulting conversations, coached, analyzed the client's workflow, and trained their staff in the agile environment. They also performed audits and provided development services. The team composition varied depending on the project, with about two agile coaches and between 1-6 developers. The collaboration began in 2016 and is ongoing. Bottega IT Minds found SilesiaWorks shared the same values and agreed on best practices in the software space, making them a valuable partner.
