Siili Solutions

Siili Solutions was hired by Oy Plusdial Ab, a company that provides mobile ticketing services for public transport authorities/companies, to create a system that would exceed the requirements of a public tender. The company chose Siili Solutions for their high ratings, budget-friendly pricing, and good value for cost. The team of 6-10 employees from Siili Solutions were involved in the initial planning and cost evaluation for the tender response, and they continued with further development and support after the project. The scope of work included developing a system for receiving and sending SMS messages, handling customer billing, reporting tickets to external systems, detecting suspected ticket fraud, and providing several test and actual production environments in a cloud environment. They also created tools and models for the permanent maintenance and further development team to carry out their work. The collaboration with Siili Solutions was seen as the beginning of a long-term cooperation, aimed at serving future customers of Oy Plusdial Ab.
