Sigmeo was commissioned by a roadside assistance firm to develop a new operating system that would streamline all company processes and enhance system reconfiguration speed. Sigmeo created a platform that combined Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System into a single software using the Symfony PHP framework with a Microsoft SQL Server database. This system was designed to handle quick responses from a 100-person call center and automate the process of finding tow trucks and car rental companies based on the basic information provided by drivers. The system development, which began in July 2016, was completed in two and a half years and implemented in May 2018 with an updated version in January 2019. The project, which cost about $500,000, was a collaborative effort involving an architect and two developers from Sigmeo's 40-person team. The client was highly satisfied with the system's performance, which significantly improved their process efficiency and response time.
