Sigmeo was engaged by a roadside assistance company to develop a new operating system. The system was required to automate all of the company's processes and provide functionalities for quick system reconfiguration. Sigmeo successfully developed the platform, which served as a CRM and CMS in one software. The backend was written in the Symfony PHP framework and utilized a Microsoft SQL Server database. The system was designed to be extremely fast and automated, enabling the company's 100-person call center to respond to requests within 30 minutes. The system also facilitated the quick locating of tow trucks and car rental companies based on basic information provided by drivers at the start of a call. The project, which began in July 2016 and was implemented in May 2018, cost approximately $500,000 USD. The company praised Sigmeo for their excellent work and continues to work with them on ongoing improvements.
