Highlights from Recent Projects
Sidnet was hired by the 'Sarcoma' Association, a non-profit organization, to create an event registration website for their annual charity run. The goal was to streamline and simplify the registration process for the approximately 2000 participants. Sidnet built a responsive PHP-based website in just 16 weeks, adapting the CRM and CMS to the specific needs of a charity run registration platform. The website included an integrated PayU payment system and an automatic generation of starting cards containing participants' data. The website also featured basic accessibility improvements for participants with disabilities. Since its launch, the website has been maintained and updated by Sidnet, with improvements implemented before each edition of the event. The 'Sarcoma' Association expressed satisfaction with the website, noting its convenience and efficiency.
In a separate project, Sidnet was hired by marketing agency, Iconaris, to provide app updates for performance optimization. The project involved the creation of a culinary blog aggregator for ZT Kruszwica, a client of Iconaris. Sidnet built dedicated mechanisms for automatic downloading and processing Internet content, added search and newsletter functions, and made conducting A/B tests possible. They also updated the website and replaced two native mobile applications with a single one, written in React Native. Iconaris was impressed with Sidnet's understanding of Agile methods and effective remote work principles, as well as their familiarity with content aggregation and web scraping technologies. The projects for ZT Kruszwica are still being maintained and developed by Sidnet.
