Sidekick Interactive worked with the Director of Operations at Waff Logistics Inc, a company that provides third-party logistics solutions. The goal was to program a CRM system. The scope of work included creating a website order form and tracking page, automatic order and company creation in the CRM system, generating proforma invoices, and creating shipments in DHL, FedEx, and DB Schenker into CRM. The project also involved getting order tracking info from these logistics companies and notifying clients via email about order creation, confirmation, and shipment tracking.

In a project with a marketing agency, the CEO hired Sidekick Interactive to reduce risk and confirm scope with a North American partner that specializes in native mobile. They needed to deliver a production-ready MVP that matched their client’s expectations and build a clear product strategy and technical roadmap for their client’s mobile app. Sidekick Interactive was chosen because of their high ratings, budget-friendly pricing, good value for cost, a referral, and company values alignment.
