Shopdev was hired by a digital solutions service company to create customized CRM's for their clients, including multiple third-party integrations. The goal was to have dedicated teams for each client, to support in customizing CRM’s according to the defined scope. The teams comprised of a project manager, QA and 2-5 developers, depending on the platform and amount of work. A multinational real estate development company based in the UAE engaged Shopdev to build an ETL pipeline that would enable them to have a single source of data instead of multiple data clusters and management mechanisms. The Shopdev team, which included a project manager, PowerBI experts and developers, was able to extract various transactional data dumps from various sources, transform that data and publish it to a Snowflake data warehouse.
