Shiftreset was hired by Galeshchina Mashzavod, a Ukrainian agricultural machinery manufacturer, to promote the company within Ukraine and in neighboring countries. The goal was to expand the dealer network and increase sales by receiving more applications from the website. Shiftreset performed a comprehensive analysis of the niche, competitors, and target audience, and created an updated website with detailed product cards, news updates, and a new structure for requests. The team also established a Facebook page and a YouTube channel for the company. The revamped website was optimized for mobile devices, featured separate catalogs for equipment and spare parts, and was available in three languages. This led to interest from international buyers, including from Argentina. Shiftreset also conducted seasonally-timed advertising campaigns, maintained an active blog, and carried out linkbuilding in guest articles and on agricultural portals. The project involved a project manager, internet marketer, contextual advertising specialist, content manager, and programmer.
