Over 20 SHIFTA professionals were assigned to this project, working remotely with the option for on-site participation coordinated with Galicia Seguros. The work was prioritized based on business needs and technical feasibility, with a fixed resource allocation of 160 hours per month.

Remitee, a financial company, engaged SHIFTA to provide the right talent at the right time for strategic initiatives. The company chose SHIFTA due to their budget-friendly pricing, good value for cost, and alignment with company values. Between 2-5 SHIFTA employees were assigned to this project, working remotely with the option for on-site participation. The professionals were assigned with a monthly commitment of 160 hours, with certification and billing at the end of each period. This involved recruiting and training UX/UI designers and UX researchers, creating a comprehensive UI Kit, establishing regular collaborative meetings between designers and developers, and conducting theoretical and practical workshops to embed UX research capabilities. The result was a dedicated UX team with specialized roles in design and research, enhancing strategic decision-making based on user experience.
