SHIFTA worked with the General Director of Innovation of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires on the Exponential BA program in 2021. This program aimed to map and prototype disruptive ideas that apply new technologies to different challenges faced by the city. SHIFTA provided specialized technical knowledge, development capacity, and experience in designing and facilitating collaborative workshops. They mentored six teams to co-design solution concepts with AI and developed two prototypes. The client found SHIFTA to be the best option in the market for these services.

For a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) startup, SHIFTA developed an application using graph databases. The startup had a clear vision but lacked the implementation capabilities. The application was simple in scope but required experience in a technology that was hard to find developers for. SHIFTA was chosen for their ability to understand the problem and implement the vision despite their lack of prior experience with the technology. The result was a successful proof of concept for a risk management web app that demonstrated the applications could support the startup's delivery framework.

SHIFTA was hired by HAL Company, a sales consultancy firm, to develop a custom integration between the popular e-commerce platform TiendaNube and HubSpot. The aim was to deliver an all-in-one solution for small and medium businesses. SHIFTA was chosen for their deep understanding of the business needs and their clear, concise, and flexible proposal. They developed a custom integration that included contact, company, and opportunities updates, depending on the customer's behavior. The client commended SHIFTA for going the extra mile in providing their services, sharing best practices, and giving advice.
