Shawn Talbot Photography was hired by a real estate development company to help with brand recognition. The company, specializing in medical offices, commercial retail, and mixed-use residential buildings, was in the process of acquiring assets and building new properties. They needed a way to showcase their properties for marketing purposes and general knowledge. Shawn Talbot Photography stepped in to provide a comprehensive solution. The team, led by Shawn, designed a shot list, planned the execution, brought props, handled styling and lighting, and took drone footage and standstill photos. After the shoot, they provided raw footage for the client to select their preferred shots. The selected photos were then edited and handed over to the client. The completed assets were used across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, the company's websites, and major travel agency platforms. The project, which ran from September 2019 to March 2020, cost approximately $15,000 USD. The client had previously been introduced to Shawn Talbot Photography through a management firm and had been impressed by the positive feedback received from hotels across Canada.
