Sharpen collaborated with a telecommunications company to develop a data visualization tool for better understanding customer feedback and improving customer experience. They designed a dashboard that simplified and combined all data for easy comprehension. The project, which ran from September 2018 to January 2019, involved three client-facing teammates from Sharpen, and cost just under $2 million. The tool was built as a web application using a variety of design tools, including Adobe Illustrator.

For Moxie, a marketing agency, Sharpen was tasked with redesigning their website to enhance their value proposition and differentiate them from competitors. The aim was to build brand trust and loyalty in a declining market. Sharpen delivered an entirely new feature set and platform for the website, updating metrics and providing branding services. The project involved multiple teams from account leadership to QA resources, all coordinated by JD, Design Director at Sharpen.

Sharpen also worked with Laughlin Constable, a 360 advertising agency, on a website redesign for one of their key clients. The goal was to enhance UX design for a European audience, working from an existing design for US markets. The scope of work included creating wireframes and components for three total sprints of an enterprise-level website design. The project involved 2-5 employees from Sharpen, and was noted for its high-quality deliverables, culture fit, and value-aligned pricing.
