Sharp 1

Sharp 1 successfully completed a project for a drone company, developing a competition application for an event at the CES trade show. The application, designed for iPad with a web backend, engaged visitors at the booth by enabling them to participate in a scavenger hunt through text messages. Upon completion of the hunt, participants were eligible for prizes. In a subsequent project, Sharp 1 developed a data-collection application that allowed attendees to enter their information and participate in a survey for a chance to win a drone. The data was saved locally on the iPad and later transferred to a server. This collaboration, which started in January 2016, continues to date with the client having invested around $150,000 in Sharp 1's services.

In another project, Sharp 1 developed a route-optimization application for a logistics company contracted with FedEx Ground. The application, designed for iOS, allowed drivers to input their daily scheduled stops and provided them with the most efficient route, minimizing distance and travel time. Sharp 1 also provided on-site support, interviewing drivers to understand their experiences and instructing them on how to use the app. The project, which began in March 2015 and cost approximately $130,000-$140,000, was completed in six months. Sharp 1 continues to provide ongoing maintenance and support.
