The scope of work included sourcing, screening, and onboarding remote recruiters who would support hackajob's internal hiring needs, particularly in the US tech sector. Sharkhelpers managed the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying qualified candidates to facilitating interviews and ensuring smooth onboarding. Their support resulted in a high-performing team of recruiters who now operate as an extension of hackajob's in-house team.
