Setronica was engaged by Tradeshift Inc., a company that transitioned from an e-invoicing platform to a comprehensive platform for sourcing, business partner acquisition, offer negotiations, catalog uploading, and internal approvals. Tradeshift needed Setronica's expertise in development and QA following a company acquisition and its entry into procurement. Setronica developed a software for product inventory management (PIM) with a microservice-based architecture and frontend. They assumed full ownership of the architecture of this system segment, including backend implementation, data storage, search, and UI. They also performed internal QA. The collaboration started in June 2015 and is ongoing, involving two teams from Setronica with a total of about 40 people. Tradeshift chose to continue working with Setronica due to their domain knowledge from previous collaboration with the acquired company.
