Set & Forget

Set & Forget was hired by Northern Logistics to create efficiencies within their dispatch and scheduling process. The company was found through an online search and was chosen due to their pricing, culture fit, value for cost, and alignment of company values. Set & Forget's team of 2-5 employees developed a custom program using Twilio integration and webhooks to automate each driver's individual daily dispatch. This fully automated solution saved the company approximately 300-350 man hours per year. Additionally, Set & Forget developed a custom interface to manage the company's internal breakdown tech services. This solution, involving a custom dashboard and database in a fully automated environment, allowed the maintenance department to manage the same workload with two less administrators, while increasing the response time to the department's internal customers.

Set & Forget was also contracted by Kirksville Web Design to code and deploy a custom addon using Google Apps Script and connect a Google Sheets database to manage templates to display in Google Drive. The company was referred to Set & Forget and chose them due to their high ratings, pricing, culture fit, and value for cost. The team of 2-5 employees from Set & Forget successfully launched the new add-on on the Google Workspace Marketplace. The add-on, which required Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, and Google Cloud API knowledge, was easily managed via Google Sheets and featured an attractive UX/UI design within Google Drive.
