ServerBee was hired by an E-commerce SaaS company to optimize their MySQL servers. The company was experiencing periodic problems with their database servers, which were difficult for their engineers to investigate. ServerBee's DevOps engineer assessed the server configuration and suggested changes, which improved the situation. Detailed monitoring and logging were also set up to identify the cause of the problem. After a few days, the engineer identified the problematic app and query and suggested a way to optimize the database to prevent future issues. The results were positive, with the company's servers running smoothly and capable of handling additional load during the holiday season.

ServerBee was hired by Hope Channel Ukraine, a part of the global Hope Channel network of Christian channels, for cloud server maintenance. The company had five virtual servers on DigitalOcean cloud and three VMware hosts in their data center. ServerBee was tasked with server maintenance, cloud migration, and support. After assessing the current state of the server infrastructure, ServerBee provided a plan to migrate part of the VMs to the cloud. The project was successful, with the load effectively spread between the data center and the cloud and automated deployments of microservices to any server.

Dev Notch, a software development project company, hired ServerBee to design and implement their IoT services infrastructure using Kubernetes and implement a CI\CD strategy for managing and deploying their services. After reviewing the service architecture documentation, ServerBee described the steps and milestones needed to achieve the goals. The project was successful, resulting in a fully automated resilient infrastructure that allows the company to rapidly iterate through their feature development processes and easily maintain, monitor, and upgrade the system. The company was particularly pleased with the seamless communication with ServerBee's point man, who effectively relayed their needs to ServerBee's team.
