Serengeti

Serengeti was contracted by a software development company to create a custom CRM for centralized data management. The Serengeti team, comprising an account manager, a part-time project manager, and two full-time developers, worked in tandem with the client's internal resources. The project, which ran from February to June 2020, involved multiple API integrations with different systems. Serengeti was chosen for their proven track record in delivering high-quality custom software on time and with minimal bugs.

For a hospitality platform, Serengeti was tasked with rebuilding an existing software offering into a cloud-native application. The user interface was completely rewritten using Angular, and a Java monolith was converted to a microservice architecture. The solution was deployed on AWS using AWS CI/CD. Serengeti was selected for this project due to their experience in the hospitality domain, their ability to quickly deliver resources, and their strong project guarantees. The project team included a front-end scrum team lead and four developers, as well as a back-end team of four developers focusing on specific microservices.

An international IT company providing HR SaaS platform for the American public sector hired Serengeti for IT staff augmentation. The aim was to modernize their existing platform and release new features. Serengeti provided six mid and senior software engineers to extend the client's team. The engineers worked in an agile environment using scrum methodology, operating in international teams and across different time zones. Serengeti was chosen based on their competence in providing staff augmentation services and a personal recommendation from a mutual business partner.
