Sentio Design, led by founder Yana, was engaged by an online community building company to reassess their product strategy. The CEO needed support for a new product leader and wanted to reassess the product roadmap. Yana meticulously deconstructed their product roadmap, identifying areas of need and pain points. She then provided a refreshed product strategy and outlined the next steps from an application perspective. Towards the end of the engagement, a tactical approach was adopted, resulting in a concrete action plan. The project, which cost around $5,000, began in January 2020 and concluded with the delivery of the primary product. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the implementation of the new roadmap is on hold. However, the CEO anticipates re-engaging Sentio Design for the second phase of the project.
