Semblie

Semblie was hired by a MedTech company to aid in the development of a medical device for treating hyperhidrosis. The small company sought external resources for hardware and firmware development, as well as troubleshooting and review of their work. Semblie was recommended by a partner of the MedTech firm and was selected for their flexibility, expertise, and diverse skill set. The project involved finalizing the firmware, housing, and electronics of the device, as well as iterating the design of the alpha and beta prototypes. Five Semblie team members, including electronics and firmware engineers, contributed to the successful completion of the project.

A tech startup enlisted the help of Semblie to develop a Home Automation hub based on the OpenHub platform. The startup was seeking a professional hardware team to assist with product development and chose Semblie based on positive customer feedback and their technical proficiency. The project involved hardware engineering, electronics design based on the Raspberry Pi compute module, and prototype manufacturing. Semblie handled all these aspects, including the optimization of the Raspbian Linux distribution for the application and the development of OpenHAB bindings for sensors.

The services of Semblie were sought by a Software as a Service (SaaS) company that utilizes RFID to manage assets. The goal was to connect the company's RFID module with an ESP32 and enable the collection and transfer of data to their backend for customer access. Semblie was chosen for their positive reviews from a tech-hub where the SaaS company was previously located. The project involved an initial meeting to discuss technologies, ordering the required components, and providing full documentation and support for the technology after delivery.
