SELK successfully completed a significant web design and development project for a nonprofit organization which holds a vast database of archived content. The project had six major goals including capitalizing on new business opportunities, integrating existing services with new ones, ensuring zero service disruptions, capturing new demographics, increasing website traffic, and increasing revenue. The project's extensive scope of work included system design, time tracking and budget reports, feedback and bug reports, final design, optimized user journey, and the final live product. A team of 11 professionals from SELK including a project manager, Drupal development team, full stack developers, a business analyst, a QA analyst, CI/CD team, a functional lead, database team, and a scrum master worked on the project. The team utilized various technologies such as Drupal, custom servers, Drupal module development, GitHub, MySQL, PHP, HTML/CSS, Core APIs, bespoke e-commerce technologies, multiple data migration technologies, and Jira. The project resulted in a resounding success as the team was able to meet all the set goals within the given timelines and budget. The client was extremely satisfied with the work done by SELK, praising their expertise in Drupal web development and their ability to handle complex system architecture.
