Seeds

Seeds was hired by an environmental services organization to undertake a UX and UI discovery for a collaboration with the United Nations Climate Change secretariat. The project required the development of a platform with multiple dashboards for complex tasks. Seeds was selected for its ability to quickly source and provide a senior Product Designer with an analytical mindset and experience with complex workflows. The recruitment process was efficient, with Seeds providing a shortlist of candidates that met the specific criteria for the project. The selected Product Designer was then integrated into the team for the duration of the project.

In a project with an OEM supplier, Seeds was tasked with developing a new programming schedule. This schedule was designed to automatically plan the raw materials and supplies needed to meet sales forecasts and predict delivery dates. The program was co-designed with Seeds and integrated seamlessly with the client's ERP system. The project required substantial adaptation of the client's systems, culture, and processes. Seeds provided three team members to work on this project and continues to work with the client as new technologies are demanded by users.

Seeds worked with supply chain solutions company iFLOW on its expansion into the US market. Seeds was selected for its rapid growth and professional reputation. The project involved developing a 4PL with tech and backoffice assets, focusing on perishable and frozen products, and providing imports, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery. Seeds also supported the development of an eCommerce platform in Miami and provided logistics solutions for Argentinean sellers shipping to the US. Seeds provided a Project Manager to help manage these initiatives.
