Seeds

Seeds was hired by a non-profit organization that builds open infrastructure for planetary resilience to conduct a UX and UI discovery for a collaboration with the United Nations Climate Change secretariat. The project involved the development of a complex platform with multiple dashboards. Seeds successfully sourced a senior Product Designer with the required analytical mindset and experience in complex workflows. The client was appreciative of Seeds' efficient recruitment process, which included refining the position description and providing a shortlist of suitable candidates.

For an OEM supplier, Seeds developed a new programming schedule that could automatically schedule the raw materials and supplies needed to achieve the sales forecast and to forecast delivery dates. The program was co-designed with Seeds and integrated seamlessly with the client's ERP, greatly aiding the purchase and logistics departments. The project required significant adaptation of the client's systems, culture, and processes and is still ongoing as new technologies are demanded by users. The client valued the three resources from Seeds' team who contributed to the project.

Seeds provided business services to iFLOW, a supply chain solutions company, as part of their expansion plan into the US market. The project involved developing a 4PL with tech and backoffice assets, focusing on perishables and frozen products, providing imports, fulfillment and last mile delivery. Seeds also helped in developing an eCommerce platform in Miami, Fresh to Home, and provided logistics solutions for Argentinean Sellers to manage their shipments into the US. Seeds provided a Project Manager to help manage these projects, which earned them praise from the client for their professionalism and growth.
