The project involved taking an inventory of software, hardware, services, and employees, managing licenses and user agreements, establishing security controls, and onboarding all employees to their services. They were also responsible for ongoing network security, troubleshooting, emergency coverage, issue resolution, employee training, and software/hardware upgrades. SecureTech was hired by Graham Land and Cattle Co., an agriculture company, to update their office server. The team researched all aspects of the updated server, reached out to all individuals who had their software, and updated the server. They worked overnight to install the server and ensure everything was working properly. They also migrated existing data, printer shares, and file shares.
