SECOMM was hired by Jasnor, a toys and giftware distributor, to complete their half-built Magento 2 website. The previous company they engaged with failed to deliver a final product, leading to a three-year delay. SECOMM was chosen due to their specialized Magento experience and their ability to deliver within an agreeable timeframe. The project involved integrating the website with the office software, SAP B1. The first deliverable was to get the website live, followed by several development tasks. The client was impressed with the work of the four staff members from SECOMM, including the Project Manager, Tech Lead, QC Lead, and Managing Director.

In another project, SECOMM worked with Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company, Vinamilk, to create a direct-to-consumer website. The aim was to enhance the consumer experience with a seamless and feature-rich online platform on the Shopify Plus platform. The project involved various phases of development, optimization, and deployment, with key deliverables including a fully developed and visually appealing website, seamless user interfaces, integrated features for enhanced user engagement, and thorough testing. The project also included training materials for Vinamilk's team to manage and maintain the website post-launch.

SECOMM also partnered with a large education company to expand their online finance courses into the fields of business and coaching. The initial challenge was that the current system couldn't handle a significant amount of traffic simultaneously. Despite the project's complexity and initial disagreements, the project team leader took responsibility for fixing the bugs and meeting the deadline for the second phase of the system. The client appreciated the team leader's efforts to complete the project despite the additional requirements.
