The project undertaken by Seative Digital aimed to create engagements with customers in the real world, connecting them with organizational physical resource teams best suited to understand and serve their needs. This was done while ensuring compliance, data privacy, and continuous learning for better customer service. The product also integrated AI tools, including chat and voice, to serve customers using multiple channels and make appropriate recommendations.
