Scotch Digital worked with an education union representing over 70,000 educators in Maryland to redesign their website and migrate their CRM. The website redesign included a discovery phase, where the Scotch Digital team gathered feedback and requirements from key stakeholders. One of the innovative solutions the Scotch Digital brought forward was the integration of a Google Sheet that local affiliates could update without having to access the website's backend. This new feature replaced the previous long-scrolling list of contact information on the site, streamlining the process significantly. The team also attempted to integrate the client's existing CRM, Engaging Networks, with the website, but despite their efforts, an alternative solution could not be found. The project is still ongoing, with the next step being the redesign of 29 local websites. The client commended Scotch Digital for their innovative approach to solutions and has invested over $25,000 in their services since the partnership began in May 2020.
