The project involved one employee from Schaefer Operations who deployed and configured Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint to strengthen device management and threat protection capabilities. The team also developed custom policies aligned with best practices for endpoint detection and response, vulnerability management, and attack surface reduction. They were also responsible for configuring role-assignable security groups to enforce appropriate access controls, and building alerting workflows.
