An international energy company engaged Scalefocus to develop and implement a custom-built platform to digitize LNG front office operations. The main goal was to capture and structure data, perform calculations, and enable LNG physical portfolio optimization. Scalefocus developed a scalable technology solution that enhanced LNG trading operation capabilities. The platform replaced Excel and manual processes, significantly increasing computing power. The scope of work included the development of a cargo and vessel nominations system and the calculation of LNG economics. Scalefocus was selected for their great cultural fit and was referred to the energy company.
