Scalamandra

Scalamandra was engaged by a supply chain data company to improve the UX/UI design of their AI-driven platform. The platform, which sources and collects supply chain data from enterprise management systems, was initially presented to Scalamandra with rough wireframes. The team, consisting of a project manager and a UX/UI designer, then redesigned the wireframes in Figma, making significant improvements. The UI was also designed on the same platform, resulting in a more user-friendly and efficient design.

Scalamandra was hired by AOG, an IT outstaffing company, to assist in the development of an expanding m-commerce webshop platform. The platform, which was being used by clients worldwide to launch their mobile shops, required a system that could support high user loads and be optimized as needed. Scalamandra's team of up to 10 developers worked on the project, using Jira for ticket management and ensuring the sustainability of the code through extensive testing.

A startup company enlisted the help of Scalamandra to develop an e-commerce platform called 'nekocart'. After initially developing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for an exhibition and receiving positive feedback, the team of one project manager and several developers continued to develop a fully functional e-commerce platform. The project was successful, and the platform has since been used by many interested in building their online shop.
