Scalamandra

Scalamandra was hired by a startup company to develop an e-commerce platform called nekocart. The CEO of the company selected Scalamandra based on a recommendation from a developer friend. The project started with the development of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for an exhibition, which garnered significant interest. This led to the decision to develop a fully functional e-commerce platform. The Scalamandra team consisted of one Project Management Officer (PMO) and several developers.

In a project for a supply chain data company, Scalamandra was tasked with focusing on the UX/UI design for the platform. The CTO of the company hired Scalamandra based on a friend's recommendation. The company operates an AI-driven platform that sources and collects supply chain data from enterprise management systems. Scalamandra was provided with rough wireframes of the platform, which they improved and designed in Figma. The team from Scalamandra included a project manager and a UX/UI designer.

Scalamandra also worked with AOG, an IT Outstaffing company, on the development of a cloud platform for m-commerce webshops. The Team Lead/L2L Sales Manager of AOG, a regular customer of Scalamandra, initiated the project. The work involved the expansion of the platform, the development and customization of new features, and the launch of 40-50 applications. The project required the system to support heavy user loads from across the globe and ensure code sustainability. The Scalamandra team included up to 10 developers for this project.
