Sattrix Information Security - Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP)

Sattrix Information Security was hired by Orion, a global business solutions provider, to enhance their security services. The company offered a range of services including vulnerability management, incident management, and forensic analysis. Sattrix was chosen for its extensive experience in the Security Operations Center (SOC) domain, its high-quality resources, and its competency with security tools. An average of seven resources from Sattrix worked on various projects at any given time. The results were satisfactory, with Sattrix effectively managing client environments and responding to RFPs on behalf of Orion.

In another project, Sattrix provided IT managed services to a financial service provider. The main goal was to identify vulnerabilities in applications and codes to enhance overall security. Sattrix was selected through a rigorous process that evaluated their technical capability, financial condition, and legal documentation. They successfully identified the right tool, implemented it in the organization, and integrated it with various applications, effectively improving the security of over 70 applications.

Sattrix was also contracted by an IT company to deploy and manage a Next Gen Security Operations Center (SOC). The aim was to develop a SOC that could quickly prevent, detect, and respond to incidents, thereby improving cyber security. Sattrix was chosen due to their proven track record and expertise in implementing and managing multiple SOCs. The project involved deploying a SIEM tool to monitor critical devices and business applications in a hybrid environment across multiple locations. The team from Sattrix, comprised of a project manager, L2 engineers, and L3 engineers, successfully executed the project, creating correlation rules and alerts to prevent, detect, and respond to incidents swiftly.
