Satisfly

Satisfly undertook a project for ACTIVESHOP, a supply center for beauty and hairdressing salons, to migrate the company's two separate stores from Magento 1 to Magento 2 onto one platform using the multistore function. The migration required a complete integration from scratch with the VENDO.ERP system for managing customers and products. Satisfly also designed a logistics module that calculates shipping costs and classifies products by transportation form, taking into account products that require special handling or separate transportation. The module has no limitations on the number of calculations, making it efficient even for thousands of products.

Satisfly was hired by Duolife, a Polish manufacturer of supplements, cosmetics, and functional food, to analyze their online store and prepare recommendations for new e-commerce implementation. The project's main goal was to increase online sales. Satisfly gathered data, held workshops, and delivered a report that included data and recommendations for the online store, as well as business and technological guidelines for the new UX design of the website. The team consisted of a project manager, a back-end developer, a front-end developer, and a UX designer.

For Carpeto, a company selling carpets on various marketplaces and its own sales channels, Satisfly was tasked with modernizing the existing sales platform based on Magento and optimizing it for mobile devices. The project also included the implementation of a new headless PWA-based store version after the implementation of the Akeneo PIM. Satisfly ensured the preservation of the product catalog's order and did not disrupt the platform's ongoing operation. The team consisted of 6-10 employees.
