Satisfly

Satisfly was hired by Duolife, a Polish manufacturer of supplements and cosmetics to analyze their online store and recommend changes to increase online sales. The Satisfly team, consisting of a project manager, back-end developer, front-end developer, and a UX designer, began by conducting a detailed briefing and planning the next steps. After a two-day workshop and data collection, Satisfly delivered a report with recommendations for the online store, including business and technological guidelines for a new UX design.

ACTIVESHOP, a supply center for beauty and hairdressing salons, engaged Satisfly to migrate their store to a newer version of Magento and optimize logistics. The project also involved integrating two separate stores into one platform using the multistore function and integrating with the VENDO.ERP system for managing customers and products. Satisfly designed a logistics module using a special algorithm to calculate shipping costs and classify products by transportation form. The module, which can calculate costs for thousands of products, also accounts for products requiring special handling or separate transportation.

Carpeto, a carpet seller operating on various marketplaces and its own sales channels, hired Satisfly to develop online stores in Poland and other EU countries. The project's main goal was to modernize the existing sales platform based on Magento and optimize it for mobile devices. Satisfly was tasked with implementing a new headless PWA-based store version after the implementation of the Akeneo PIM, ensuring the product catalog's order was preserved and the platform's ongoing operation was not disrupted. The project was carried out by a team of 6-10 employees from Satisfly.
