Arnold Health, a pharmaceutical advertising agency, engaged Sarofsky to create a graphics package for the end card of one of their big brand's TV commercials. Sarofsky provided a creative design after conducting exploratory research on asthma indication, nasal polyps indication, and eczema indication. Despite having another vendor as an option, Arnold Health chose Sarofsky's work, praising them for their fresh ideas. The project, which ran from November 2020 to February 2021, cost $30,000. Arnold Health continues to work with Sarofsky on other minor graphics projects.

Highdive Advertising, a Chicago-based agency, has been working with Sarofsky since May 2019 for high-end graphic treatments and motion graphics for their video productions. Sarofsky also provides editing and coloring services. They usually join towards the second half or end of a project, designing type and treatments, assembling CG elements, placing them within the edit, and finishing the spot. Highdive provides a creative brief for each project, and Sarofsky explores graphical treatments and ways to approach the project. The annual investment ranges from $100,000 to $200,000.

Closerlook, a marketing agency specializing in pharmaceutical clients, partnered with Sarofsky for the production of a three-part documentary series. Sarofsky handled all production phases from recruitment to film development, editing, actual production, and finalization. The project, which ran from November 2019 to November 2020, cost a little over $1,500,000. Closerlook praised Sarofsky's capability to produce incredible videos and their ability to assemble the right team for the project.
