Salt & Pepper partnered with Federatia Tinerilor din Cluj to create a web development teaching program. The company's goal was to equip young individuals with essential hard skills for the digital era. Salt & Pepper developed a comprehensive curriculum that included training in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and other relevant languages, culminating in the creation of fully functional websites or web applications. They also provided interactive workshops, tutorials, and real-world projects to reinforce learning. The project's success was marked by the participants' ability to showcase their newly acquired skills through a portfolio, empowering them to pursue rewarding careers in technology.

In another project, Salt & Pepper worked with Novoda, a digital consultancy studio in London, to replace an iOS engineer and bring new thinking to the project. The engineer from Salt & Pepper was integrated into Novoda's iOS team within the customer's organization. The focus was on enhancing the mobile development process by implementing robust Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines, establishing a comprehensive mobile DevOps strategy, and contributing to the development and maintenance of the mobile application. The engineer's role was crucial in optimizing the mobile development lifecycle, reducing deployment times, and improving the overall quality and performance of the iOS application.

Salt & Pepper also worked with Vivior, a company bringing innovation to ophthalmology and patients to improve vision. The project involved developing an app for visual behavior in combination with a wearable sensor and a platform for the healthy gamer. The app took wearable sensor data and represented it to the consumer in a usable fashion, with an emphasis on user experience and easy ways to educate the users. The success of the project was marked by the app's ability to effectively represent wearable sensor data and educate users.
