Salt Branding was engaged by a technology telematics company for a rebranding project following a merger. The company had been in operation for over 30 years and had undergone several mergers and acquisitions without any rebranding or repositioning. Salt Branding began the project by conducting in-depth interviews with the company's executives and CEO to ensure a unified and specific vision. They also hired a market research company to study the industry, company, and audience. This led to the development of a unique positioning through specific language and tone. Salt Branding then embarked on the creative process, developing the company's style, aesthetics, logos, and templates. They also provided product architecture for thousands of unfiled SKUs. The project began in January and was completed in August 2017.

Salt Branding was contracted by an education nonprofit to help in their rebranding efforts. The nonprofit was shifting from a national organization to a regional-centric organization and needed to develop a regional brand. Salt Branding started by conducting external analysis, speaking with key stakeholders, teachers, principals, and donors to understand how the nonprofit was perceived in the external market. They then developed a plan for regional and national marketing. The project began in July 2014 and was completed in January 2015.

Nyca Partners, a newly formed venture capital firm, hired Salt Branding to help with their brand strategy and naming. They wanted to avoid sounding pretentious and wanted to introduce a new concept that would stand out. Salt Branding worked on branding, naming, and website design. They held several brainstorming sessions before making any concrete decisions. The project began in December 2013 and was completed in early 2014.
