Highlights from Recent Projects
Salsita Software was engaged by Olvin, a retail analytics company, to manage their API and database. The company needed a team to take over the workload after parting ways with a previous agency. Salsita successfully transformed the API and database into a GraphQL structure, improving performance and reducing latency. Impressed with their work, Olvin handed over frontend development to Salsita. The team composition included a full-stack developer, a UI designer/UX developer, a QA developer, and a project manager. The engagement is ongoing and has been successful thus far.
Interform, an application provider for output management, hired Salsita Software to improve their user interface and transition it from a client-based application to a browser-based application. The project started with a discovery phase, followed by the MVP phase where the plan was transformed into a final product. The team comprised of project managers, QA specialists, front- and backend developers, and engineers. The engagement lasted from September 2018 to September 2019 and was successful, with the client expressing satisfaction with the improved user interface.
KILO, a furniture brand from Amsterdam, engaged Salsita Software to incorporate a 3D configurator into their website and develop an internal dashboard for their CNC-routers. The goal was to offer configurable or custom-sized pieces at a competitive price by saving time and eliminating human error. Salsita's team, which included UX designers, programmers, marketing specialists, and writers, successfully built parametric models of KILO's furniture pieces that could scale in size and detail. They also created a custom dashboard for distributing online orders across various workshop locations. The engagement is ongoing and has resulted in a significant improvement in KILO's online visibility and sales.
