Saines Business Consulting was hired by Harris Printers, a company specializing in printing, clothing, and signs, to implement a new CRM platform. The goal of the project was to improve job flow between staff members, allowing more time to be spent on generating new job leads. The project was initiated through a phone conversation about work-related stress due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the subsequent furloughing of staff. The solution proposed by Saines Business Consulting involved creating a shared online workspace for saving and completing jobs, as well as sharing and storing important job information. This not only streamlined the workflow but also reduced admin and paperwork time, freeing up resources for marketing and lead generation efforts.
