SAG IPL

SAG IPL was hired by Frasers Hospitality, a company with extensive accommodation offerings, to modernize their outdated price and availability tool. The goal was to create a unique software application for the tool and turn their current systems into a single source of truth. SAG IPL conducted a UX audit and code review of the existing web system. The project was spread over a year, with three scoping meetings, due to the internal team's indecision on committing to the project. GP Industries Limited, an international manufacturing and marketing group, engaged SAG IPL for the development of their Android and iOS apps. The goal was to link these apps to real hardware and cloud servers, and to ensure that the apps could support new features in hardware and cloud systems. The development of the apps was not progressing quickly enough to keep up with market expansion, hence the decision to collaborate with SAG IPL. Infinigate Cloud, a value-add cloud distributor and Microsoft CSP Indirect Provider, hired SAG IPL for code development. The scope of work involved the development of a mobile and online application with React.js and Node.js. The project started with a discovery phase, where the product's wireframe was defined and developed. The software needed a secure database of gun owners as one of its primary features and purposes, and SAG IPL was entrusted with developing this blockchain-based data protection function. Other features requested included a theft recovery/deterrent method and an API connectivity for text and email messages with SendGrid.
