Safety Net was hired by Cordia at Grand Traverse Commons, a private residential club for seniors, in late 2013 to assist in the opening of their club in 2014. The company was chosen for their impressive operation, staff and capabilities, as well as their thorough set of solutions. The final deciding factor was their Account Representative, Tom Wyatt, who provided a straightforward, no-nonsense approach to delivering solutions. Safety Net ensured the IT infrastructure was set up correctly before the club's opening and coordinated with all third party IT vendors. They also helped to resolve several significant issues left by the club's original IT consultant and provided all IT system hardware and workstations for the Leadership Team. The Cordia team worked closely with the Owner, their fCIO, their Senior Design Engineer, and the IT Engineer who oversaw the majority of the hardware installation.
