SADA Systems embarked on a project with Hunterdon Healthcare to transition from Microsoft to Google Suite. This was due to financial penalties and an outdated email system linked to Microsoft. SADA Systems introduced a long-term approach to transition the employees gradually, which began with a mass conversion to Gmail and Google Calendar. The process also involved detailed interviews with staff members about their challenges and recommendations of G Suite products that address those issues. The project, which began in June 2016, incurred a cost of approximately $325,000 and is ongoing.

In a collaboration with a municipal transportation authority, SADA Systems customized their dotMaps product to match the specific goals of the agency. The product was designed to reduce conflicts and hasten resolutions for activities that happen in the right of way. The project, which started in February 2017 and cost around $500,000, is nearly complete as of December 2017. However, the partnership will continue for future improvements.

SADA Systems was hired by a national chain of restaurants to migrate all their email data from Cario, an exchange emulator, to Google Apps for Business. The project scope involved moving about 450-500 mailboxes. The company chose Google due to its competitive cost and functionality. The project, which commenced at the end of December 2011, was fully deployed by the middle of March. The company expressed satisfaction with the outcomes of the project.
