Ryzeo was hired by Joseph Phelps Vineyards, managed by the Senior E-Commerce Manager, to create automated email flows in order to enhance the online shopping experience. Ryzeo integrated with the vineyard's AMS online shopping cart and implemented Welcome Series and Abandoned Cart Series, aiming to recapture potentially missed sales. The project was conducted by two team members from Ryzeo, with Drew, a Client Success Manager, as the main contact. The vineyard had worked with Ryzeo before and was pleased with their unique software and incredible customer service.
For a small e-commerce shop selling gas bbq grill parts, Ryzeo was contracted to manage their email marketing initiatives. The owner of the shop doesn't remember the specifics of how they found Ryzeo, but was impressed by their advanced and customizable email services. Ryzeo implemented abandoned cart emails, additional emails for product or category page viewers, and an opt-in pop-up, all while ensuring not to overwhelm shoppers.
