Ryzeo

Ryzeo was hired by a wholesale and retail woodturning project kits company to focus on website cart abandonment through email automation. Their goal was to increase sales and conversions and grow their email base. Ryzeo was selected based on price and recommendation from the company's IT personnel. The project involved developing an email automation plan and providing the text for each step of the automation. The company's Business Development Representative and Client Success Manager were the key personnel involved in the project.

In another project, Ryzeo was hired by a gas barbeque grill parts retailer to manage their email marketing initiatives. The retailer had worked with several email companies in the past but found Ryzeo's system to be highly customizable and advanced. The project involved setting up emails for abandoned carts and product or category page views and an opt-in pop-up. The retailer worked almost exclusively with one representative from Ryzeo for over four years and was very satisfied with the service.

Ryzeo was also hired by Joseph Phelps Vineyards, a winery in Napa Valley, to create automated email flows to integrate with their online shopping experience. The winery had previously worked with Ryzeo and chose them for their ability to integrate with AMS and their excellent customer service. The project included setting up automatic flows that integrated with the winery's AMS online shopping cart, with the goal of recapturing potentially missed sales. The winery worked with two team members from Ryzeo, including a Client Success Manager.
