R&Y Labs was hired by a fintech company to reduce onboarding friction and create a way to educate users about their platform. The CEO found R&Y Labs through a referral and chose them due to their great culture fit, good value for cost, and aligned company values. R&Y Labs focused on re-imagining and testing the user experience, which required three iterations in addition to the first product. The goal was to create a full map of the new flow and ensure users were actively enjoying the new product.

In another project, R&Y Labs was brought on by a SaaS company to help transition from a licensed prototype platform to a production system. The CEO selected R&Y Labs based on a recommendation from a trusted colleague and their speed and competency. Several senior developers from R&Y Labs assisted in the transition of the platform and laid the foundation for a long-term internal team.

R&Y Labs also worked with Allsurance, an insurance company, on a discovery sprint and prototype build-out, as well as user acceptance testing. The executive selected R&Y Labs due to their high ratings, proximity, and budget-friendly pricing. The team of 2-5 employees ran a Discovery Sprint to scope out the MVP for an insurance aggregation and management technology solution. The deliverables included an executive summary of the Discovery Sprint, a low fidelity prototype, feedback report from usability tests, and a prioritized project roadmap.
