RxMedia was hired by a medium-sized addiction treatment center, led by the CEO, to improve their online presence and outrank competitors in their niche. After interviewing six agencies, RxMedia was selected due to their extensive industry knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond. The project began with a comprehensive analysis of the company's brand, culture, and objectives. Based on this understanding, RxMedia devised a complete digital marketing strategy, which included a complete overhaul of the company's brand identity, website, SEO, and paid advertising strategy. The team comprised the CEO, a designer, and an account manager, who were actively involved in the decision-making process, providing valuable pushback on ineffective ideas. The SEO strategy was refined using data gathered from PPC and their Google Business Profile was significantly enhanced, becoming one of their major lead generators.
