R\West was hired by a mid-sized U.S. credit union to undertake various brand development projects. The Chief Marketing Officer of the credit union sought R\West's expertise in platform and identity development, media strategy and buying, creative copywriting and design, website design and development, PR strategy, social strategy, and video and music production. The primary goals were to acquire new memberships, retain and expand existing member relationships, and foster brand evangelism. R\West was selected through a Request for Proposal for an institutional re-branding effort, standing out for their cost-effectiveness and collaborative working relationship.

Over a 15-year partnership, R\West has consistently delivered on numerous projects across three different financial institutions. They have served as the media agency of record, supported three financial institution re-brandings, acted as the lead creative agency, designed and developed three different websites, and bolstered public relations and social community efforts. The team composition at R\West has varied across projects, but each team has always included at least one senior leader, one line manager, and between 4 to 7 others depending on the project scope or ongoing work. The credit union has expressed satisfaction with the long-term, collaborative relationship fostered with R\West.
