Ruvca Consulting was hired by the 8th largest investment bank in the world to provide various end-to-end services ranging from front-end, complex, high-performance GUIs (web/wpf) to server-side applications (c#). The goal of the project was to deliver resilient, high-throughput, low latency tools for traders and support teams in the volatile FX market. The vendor was selected through a rigorous process involving contractor/consultancy desk reviews, interviews, and a final 2-hour technical test. Ruvca provided several front office applications (web-based), some high-performance WPF support tools, and server-side components to support the front end layers. The team was composed of permanent staff, consultants, and contractors who collaborated on a variety of projects.
