Rubicon

Rubicon was hired by The Post, a leadership network for former collegiate and professional athletes, to provide software development, technical leadership, and architecture. The company acted as the entire technical staff, building the product across iOS, web, and cloud platforms and leading technical decision making. The project involved 2-5 employees from Rubicon and the selection of the company was based on undisclosed criteria.

In another project, Rubicon was contracted by a digital marketing and promotions company for staff augmentation. The company sought to source a resource that was knowledgeable in their tech stack. Rubicon's role included identifying suitable candidates, setting up interviews, and conducting background checks once a resource was selected. The selected resource was integrated into the company's staff, attending daily stand-ups and project meetings, developing projects across limited clients, conducting unit testing, and leading internal stage reviews of project builds. The selection of Rubicon was based on their pricing fitting the company's budget, good value for cost, and a referral.

Rubicon was also contracted by a special-purpose acquisition company to design and develop a WordPress website from scratch. The company provided descriptions of their business and proprietary images for the website. Rubicon used WordPress to build the website and GoDaddy for hosting, and continuously updates the website as needed. The team composition included the CEO, VP of Operations, and a developer from Rubicon. The company was referred to Rubicon by another company with an excellent and complex website.
