Rubico was hired by Heyday Web Media, a marketing and web development agency, to provide WordPress development services. The scope of work included creating pixel-perfect pages based on Figma designs, custom CSS, JS, and PHP, and QA. Trusted Leaders, LLC, a company specializing in leadership and team development, hired Rubico to create a Leadership 360° assessment platform. Rubico's role involved designing and developing the backend architecture, building the assessment workflow, creating the reporting structure, and ensuring a smooth, intuitive user experience for both participants and administrators. Rubico's team was commended for their responsiveness, attention to detail, and ability to offer technical solutions that aligned with Trusted Leaders' long-term vision.
