Highlights from Recent Projects
Rubber Duckiee was hired by a promotional merchandise distributor to revamp their website. The existing site, created using a drag and drop editor, was visually appealing but inflexible and bloated with unnecessary code. Rubber Duckiee was chosen for their understanding of the company's needs and their ability to deliver both personally and professionally. The project involved a custom code build for the entire website, introducing new functionalities like webstore category displays, custom product search and filter functionality, and data forms. The company worked directly with Rubber Duckiee's General Manager, Kat, and a developer named Ross.
The Greater Manchester Youth Federation, a registered charity, engaged Rubber Duckiee for rebranding and website design. The challenge was to modernize the charity's name, which had been in existence for over 100 years, while preserving its historical ties. Rubber Duckiee came recommended and took into account the charity's criteria to put together a branding presentation. The final deliverable was a new logo, arrived at through iterative suggestions from the Board of Trustees. Katharine Marriot, the Director of Rubber Duckiee, was the key contact for this project.
The Avid Partnership, a real estate firm, hired Rubber Duckiee to design a website for their start-up business. The firm had prior knowledge of Kat's work at Rubber Duckiee and decided to engage her team for this project. The process began with a Google meet to discuss the firm's needs, followed by the development of the website based on these discussions. Regular update meetings and suggestions were part of the process. The company worked with Kat and her team throughout the project.
