RS Consult BG

RS Consult BG was contracted by the online gaming company, Threechess, to develop a unique three-player game. The project entailed designing the game architecture, creating UI/UX design, setting up the development environment, implementing core components, developing the user interface, and conducting testing, polishing, and deployment. The team also handled documentation and marketing and helped in choosing a platform for the game. RS Consult BG was chosen for this project due to their competitive pricing, good value for cost, and alignment with company values.

The project was a comprehensive process that involved concept development, pre-production, production, post-production, and launch and support. The RS Consult BG team, consisting of 11 members, conducted initial brainstorming sessions, market research, and created a Game Design Document (GDD). They developed prototypes, designed key game elements, and chose game engine, platforms, and tools. They also provided cloud consulting and developed an IT strategy. The production phase involved full development of the game’s codebase, implementation of core gameplay mechanics, levels, and features, and continuous testing. The post-production phase involved final quality assurance testing, optimization for performance, preparation and submission of the game to app stores, and ongoing IT strategy review. The launch and support phase involved marketing and promotional activities, player support and engagement, post-launch analysis, and continuous cloud monitoring and IT support.

The project resulted in a comprehensive Game Design Document (GDD), functional prototypes and pre-production assets, completed game code and integrated assets, quality assurance reports and testing documentation, a marketing and launch strategy, a post-launch support plan, cloud solution architecture and deployment documentation, and IT strategy and support documentation. The game developed by RS Consult BG was well-received, with positive feedback on its innovative design and engaging gameplay. The project was deemed a success, meeting all the objectives set out by Threechess.
