RPA Consulting was hired by VM Finance Group, a Bulgarian economic group, to develop and implement robotic process automation (RPA) for several of their business processes. The goal was to alleviate the burden of repetitive tasks from their employees, allowing them to focus on more creative and productive tasks. RPA Consulting was chosen after a rigorous vendor selection process, meeting all the criteria set by VM Finance Group including implementation deadlines, flexible solutions, and team expertise. The project started with the robotization of two processes: Posting Sales Invoices and Posting Payments from Customers. The team from RPA Consulting, which included a project manager and two senior developers, successfully implemented the robots according to the set deadlines and requirements. The success of these initial projects led to the robotization of three additional processes. The feedback from VM Finance Group was positive, highlighting the benefits of implementing software robots in monotonous and repetitive business processes.
