Roth Automation

Roth Automation was hired by S&P Global to assist with the update of their financial systems to Oracle on the cloud and enhance their Accounts Payable system. The company was selected through a request for proposal process due to their use of Kofax and competitive pricing. The project involved a team of five from Roth Automation, including their CEO, who worked closely with S&P to meet their individual needs. The project was completed in stages, with payments made at various milestones. The result was a flexible, customized solution that leveraged S&P's prior use of Kofax for imaging.

A Global Defense Contractor engaged Roth Automation to streamline their Accounts Payable process by extracting data from invoices for matching against a Purchase Order. Roth Automation was chosen for their expertise and the platform they used to develop solutions. The project, which initially focused on data extraction, evolved into a comprehensive AP automation solution when the capabilities of the platform became apparent. The solution included dynamic workflow capabilities, enabling the client to move away from their previous inflexible tool. The project involved four Roth Automation team members and successfully brought six of the client's largest business units onto the solution.
