Rootquotient

Rootquotient was hired by Zava, an environmental services company, to augment their software development team and expedite their platform's development. The company sought a resource that could work independently and ask the right questions, while also being proficient with their technology stack. Rootquotient provided software development and UX design services, working with technologies such as Next.js, Spring Boot, Hibernate, PostgreSQL, and AWS. The project, which began in February 2024, cost between $50,000–$199,000 and is still ongoing. The client has expressed satisfaction with Rootquotient's quick response in getting a developer into interviews and the quality of the developer they recommended.

Rootquotient was also engaged by a financial services company in Egypt to establish the tech architecture of their products and continuously build their three apps. The company chose Rootquotient due to their good value for cost and alignment with the company's values. Rootquotient was responsible for establishing APIs, integrating with all relevant players, setting the infrastructure, preparing the initial design, and overseeing ongoing maintenance and continuous development. They successfully developed four live apps, with a team of more than 12 people working on the project.

CMJ Sheet Metal Ltd., an HVAC installer for new residential high-rises, hired Rootquotient to develop a mobile app and a web portal to streamline their purchase order system. The client required a simple mobile app that could generate a unique PO number and a web portal where they could immediately access that information. Rootquotient developed the mobile app using an app that allowed them to release it for both iOS and Android using Ruby on Rails. The project, which began in May 2024, cost about $78,000 CAD and is still ongoing. The client was pleased with Rootquotient's understanding of their needs and their knowledge in software design.
